Personalized, engraved, and handmade items may require additional processing time depending on the design and customization requested.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.
If you are located outside these areas and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing.
Shipping Times

Tracking Information

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Vale & Me Accessories is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist you in providing any information needed to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
