Refund Policy

At Vale & Me Accessories, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Include proof of purchase

Personalized & Handmade Items

Because many of our products are personalized, engraved, or handmade to order, all custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Earrings & Hygiene Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
